I purchased two slatmills – a large and extra large. I had an issue where I submitted my order wrong, and from the beginning, Fitdog nation support was amazing. They worked with me to get my order exactly how I wanted, even though I was the one who made the mistake on my order. I can’t compliment their great customer support enough.
As far as the product goes, they are very sturdy, and I can tell that they are very high quality and will last a long time. They provided all the parts/tools needed to assemble the slatmills and a step by step video, which made assembly super quick and easy.
